to removal actions conducted pursuant to Section 104 of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. <br /> 9604. <br /> 7.3 EPA, DOHS, and RWQCB reserve any authority they may have concerning <br /> removal actions conducted on the Site. <br /> 8. REMEDIAL INVESTIGATION <br /> 8.0 SHAD agrees it shall conduct an RI of the Site, including an RI for <br /> each Operable Unit, which is consistent with CERCLA/SARA and the NCP and <br /> which is in accordance with the time schedules set forth in Attachment 2 and <br /> the requirements set forth in Attachment 3. Any RI shall meet the purposes <br /> set forth in Section 5. The Parties agree that final Site clean-up level <br /> criteria will only be determined following the completion of the Baseline <br /> Risk Assessment. <br /> 9. FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> 9.0 SHAD agrees it shall conduct an FS for the Site, including an FS for any <br /> Operable Unit, which is consistent with CERCLA/SARA and the NCP and which is <br /> in accordance with the time schedules set forth in Attachment 2 and the <br /> requirements set forth in Attachment 3. Any FS shall meet the purposes set <br /> forth in Section 5. <br /> 10. REMEDIAL ACTION SELECTION AND IMPLEMENTATION <br /> 10.0 Following completion and a review in accordance with Section 12, <br /> Consultation, of an RI report and the corresponding FS report for all or <br /> part of the Site, SHAD shall , after review in accordance with Section 12, <br /> -15- <br />
