Equipment and/or cable placed into monitoring wells by subject contractor <br /> is releasing contaminants into the groundwater. <br /> 2. Contractor was notified verbally about two months ago. At that time, we <br /> thought the problem had been remedied. <br /> 3. Based on the last round of testing, the following compounds were detected <br /> indicating that the problem with the system has not been resolved. These <br /> contaminants had not been detected prior to installation of monitor well <br /> level measuring equipment. <br /> a. Dichlorodifluoromethane <br /> b. Methylene Chloride <br /> c.
