Tank or Tank Construction <br /> Tank(Container) Container (Manufacturer and <br /> Location Capacity (gallons) Tank Contents Date) <br /> Double walled steel <br /> Water Plant 550 Diesel fuel encased AST <br /> (Tigerflow 2013) <br /> 3.3 Surface Drainage and Drainage Controls <br /> The majority of the surface drainage at the site flows to drop inlets, which in turn <br /> flow to storm water pipes that discharge into a detention basin on the south side of <br /> the facility. The basin is designed to receive, and retain the entire 100-yr 24-hr <br /> storm. If flows exceed this storm event then the storm water will flow into an <br /> additional retention basin prior to discharging into Littlejohns Creek. There is a <br /> 0.9 acre area behind the Generator Yard and Central Utility Plant that flows to an <br /> agricultural ditch, which runs along the north edge of the site. <br /> Drainage controls at the Generator Yard include a Baker ground level fill/spill <br /> containment of 20 gallon capacity and a perimeter curb. <br /> 3.4 Countermeasures and Disposal of Materials <br /> Specific countenneasuresfor discharge discovery and disposal procedures are <br /> addressed in Sections 4 & 5. <br /> 3.5 Contact List <br /> A contact list for the facility response coordinator, the National Response Center, <br /> and other emergency contacts can be found on the first page of this SPCC (before <br /> the Table of Contents). <br /> The other requirements of 40 CFR 112.7 (a) are detailed in the remaining sections <br /> of this Plan. <br /> 8411599 Page 5 <br />
