Therefore, the requirements of part 112.7(d) do not apply. <br /> 4.5 Inspections, Tests and Records (40 CFR 112.7 (e)) <br /> As part of the ongoing implementation of this SPCC Plan, routine inspections of <br /> the facility are conducted by designated facility personnel. The AST systems and <br /> containers will be operated and maintained in compliance with applicable state <br /> and local requirements. <br /> 8411599 Page 9 <br />
