Therefore, the requirements of part 112.7(d) do not apply. <br /> 4.5 Inspections, Tests and Records (40 CFR 112.7 (e)) <br /> As part of the ongoing implementation of this SPCC Plan, routine inspections of <br /> the facility are conducted by designated facility personnel.
