Truck parks there after 11 A.M. (c) and two other individuals <br /> ate steak and carnita's burrito around 3:30 p.m on 09/17/2015. And all three got sick the same day. Wife had fever, hot and <br /> cold chills and stomach ache around 6-7 p.m. Husband had stomach ache and diarrhea around 8-9 p.m. Daughter had <br /> stomach ache around 8-9 p.m. All affected, are feeling better today 09/18/2015. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.
