Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Light bulbs and tubes are not <br /> completely enclosed with a plastic safety shield or equivalent. 4. There is no easily accessible and properly charged fire extinguisher <br /> available. 5.
