• <br /> QUARTERLY MONITORING WELL FINDINGS <br /> Western Oil & Spreading Inc. Acampo Plant Site - <br /> 19256 N Highway 99, Acampo, CA Site <br /> June 26, 2004 <br /> SAMPLING PROCEDURE <br /> On June 26, 2004, Don Light of Del-Tech Geotechnical Services (DelTech) sampled <br /> WOS Monitoring Wells Nos 1 through 6 He removed the cover and the secured <br /> expansive plug from the enclosed 2 IN PVC casing After a small portion of the <br /> undisturbed water was withdrawn using a clean bailer and visually examined it for any <br /> free phase product Depth to water surface was measured with an indexed tape and <br /> probe The depth to water surface from the north edge of the top of the PVC well <br /> casing (TQC) and recorded <br /> The well casing was purged using a dedicated Waterra Inertia Pump with a clear PE <br /> tube with a ball foot valve evacuating six volumes of the casing A grab sample from <br /> the bailing tube was measured periodically for pH, EC, temperature, O R P and <br /> Dissolved Oxygen as well as visual characteristics noted Following sampling the <br /> Waterra sample tube was left in place in the well casing The well cap was replaced <br /> secured and the well left to recover Reference ATTACHMENT 6, GROUNDWATER <br /> SAMPLING RECORDS AND FIELD SUMMARY <br /> Later after well recovery sufficient sample to fill one each labeled quart amber glass <br /> 1 bottle was collected using the Waterra system VOA samples were not collected as <br /> results have been below detectable levels for some time All bottles were placed in an <br /> iced cooler and delivered to Sequoia Laboratories via Dan Barber, P E under chain <br /> of custody(C of C)for analysis <br /> ANALYSIS PROCEDURE <br /> The samples were analyzed for TPHd, using DHS LUFT protocol BTEX is no longer <br /> being measured as it has not been detected during prior sampling of groundwater <br /> Results are presented in tabular form with sample location site map as <br /> ATTACHMENT 2, "SITE CHARACTERIZATION -SUMMARY OF LAB RESULTS" <br />
