is Mr< BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R-89-1034 RESOLUTION- APPROVING THE APPEAL OF TOM SUMMERS AND APPROVING MAJOR SUBDIVISION TRACT NO. 2310 ( SU-89-6 ) OF THOMAS AND SHIRLEY SUMMERS (C/O DILLON ENGINEERING ) TO DIVIDE 17 ACRES INTO SEVEN TWO-ACRE PARCELS (ALPINE ESTATES ) , ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ALPINE ROAD , EAST OF STOCKTON, BASED ON THE ATTACHED FINDINGS AND SUBJECT TO THE ATTACHED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. WHEREAS , on October 19 , 1989 , the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered this matter ; and WHEREAS , on November 30 , 1989 , this Board of Supervisors did con- duct a public hearing on said matter , notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter , and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that the appeal of Tom Summers and Major Subdivision Tract No . 2310 ( SU-89-6 ) of Thomas and Shirley Summers ( c/o Dillon Engineering ) be, and it hereby is , approved, based on the attached findings and subject to the attached Conditions of Approval . PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November , 1989 , by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors , to wit: AYES: BARBER, WILHOIT, SIMAS NOES: SOUSA, COSTA ABSENT: NONE EVELYN L.
