5 . Department of Public Health, Environmental Health Division: <br /> a. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division shall be required. <br /> b. Destroy the existing wells and all accessory distribution <br /> pipes under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division . <br /> c . This proposed division of land shall meet the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as determined <br /> by the percolation test are required for each parcel for <br /> approval by the Environmental Health Division. A permit <br /> for the percolation tests is required from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 6 . Air Pollution Control District: <br /> During the construction process , dust control practices as <br /> specified by the District shall be implemented. <br /> 7 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br /> Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided <br /> along all street frontages within the subdivision. <br /> 8 . Stockton Fire Department: <br /> An adequate fire flow shall be provided by the following <br /> means : <br /> a. A static water supply shall provide the required fire flow <br /> as determined by National Fire Protection Association <br /> ( NFPA) Standard 1231 , Chapter 5 : Standard on Water Supply , <br /> for Suburban and Rural Firefighting. <br /> b. Residential sprinkler installations shall conform to spe- <br /> cifications set forth by NFPA Standard 13D: Standard for <br /> the Installation of Sprinkler Systems in One and Two <br /> Family Dwellings and Mobile Homes , 1989 Edition. <br /> c. Use any other appfoved method for providing required fire <br /> flow to each lot. <br /> SU-89-6 ( SUMMERS) -5- R-89-10 4 <br />
