The following is Class II (Repeat) Violations: <br /> 108, and the following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: 605,910,911,912 <br /> 108. Hazardous waste determination of the liquid in an abandoned sump under floor of the 1627 Channel <br /> workshop is required . Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage <br /> the waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and <br /> manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code <br /> of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. If the waste is determined to be a non-hazardous waste, you are required <br /> to submit evidence (i.e. third party laboratory testing results) supporting such a determination to EHD. <br /> Submit documentation (i.e. disposal receipt) how this waste was managed by 05/08/2012. <br /> 605. No accumulation start date on one 55-gallon drum of"sump waste".
