At a minimum personnel who inhale <br /> hazardous materials must be removed to fresh air. Personnel who are contaminated with hazardous <br /> materials by contact should rinse the area of contact for a minimum of 15 minutes. The site safety <br /> officer or her/his alternate will determine if injured personnel require further emergency medical <br /> attention. <br /> Unusual first aid procedures: <br /> Location of first aid kit: All GZA vehicles carry a first aid kit. <br /> Nearest emergency medical facility: Oak Valley Hospital, 350 South Oak Avenue, Oakdale, CA <br /> Directions from work site: West on miller avenue to Mariposa road. Take mariposa road <br /> to highway 120, make a left. Head east on Hwy 120 to highway 108, Turn right (west). Then left <br /> (south) on south Oak avenue to the hospital (Aprox. 10.7 miles) <br /> Attach a map that shows the route from the work site to the nearest emergency medical facility. o <br /> Check when done. <br /> PAGE 12 <br />
