Pershing Avenue
Stockton, California
Dear Ms. Hinson;
I was obviously disappointed to learn from your secretary Michelle that
you were unable to review mm,s proposal as you originally promised (by June
10th). Michelle informed me that you will need an additional three weeks. I
had hoped to talk to you briefly, in order to explain your days to the
Property Owner- Since you would not accept my calls, I can only wait and hope.
As I mentioned in our first meeting, I am requesting a cursory review of
the level of ground water contamination, Exmo n's proposed rem,2diaticn, and our
proposed development. Assuming ms's proposal is satisfactory and our
proposed development would not interfere with any future remediation
procedures, we would ask for your approval to start development. With the
und=tarxbng that we would permit EX)Mn mess to the site at a later date in
order to install the balance of onsite equipment necessary to start
remediation.
I look forward to your response as soon as possible. Tf you need any
additional information or if you have any questions, please give me a call.
Sincerely;
7--A- a-Q, L
Robert A.
