Page 3 <br /> 25 September 1991 EA sent a letter to SJAPCD requesting accelerated <br /> processing of Exxon's application for authority to <br /> construct after learning that there are 327 applications <br /> ahead of ours. <br /> 24 September 1991 Pat Leary of the Central Valley Region of the RWQCB <br /> when contacted indicated that there will be no action on <br /> Exxon's application for NPDES and Waste Discharge <br /> permits until December 1991 or January 1992. <br /> 8 November 1991 Mark Schoenhoff of the SJAPCD was provided <br /> additional information that he had requested. <br /> 6 April 1992 Exxon received an Authority to Construct permit for the <br /> installation of a catalytic oxidizer from the SJAPCD. <br /> 18 June 1992 Exxon and EA met with representatives of the SJPHS, <br /> the Central Valley RWQCB, the Shell Oil Company, <br /> and Aegis Environmental (Shell's consultant) to discuss <br /> the potential impact that groundwater extraction and <br /> reinjection of treated water proposed by Exxon would <br /> have on the nearby Shell site. <br /> 7 December 1992 Free-phase product skimmers were installed in three <br /> wells. <br /> 12 January 1993 Exxon and EA met with representatives of SJPHS to <br /> discuss how to proceed in obtaining the Waste <br /> Discharge Permit and remediation of the site.
