Cotulla of the San Joaquin Public Health <br /> Services (SJPHS) approved the work plan to remediate <br /> soil and groundwater; Exxon was to implement the <br /> work plan and secure appropriate permits. <br /> 30 May 1991 The City of Stockton Department of Municipal Utilities <br /> rejected Exxon's application to discharge treated water <br /> to the sanitary sewer, which had been submitted in <br /> March. <br /> 19 June 1991 A report on the installation of wells MW 11, MW 12, <br /> RW4, Vl-V4, PSVT and PSV2, PI and P2, and IWl <br /> was submitted to SJPHS. <br /> 24 June 1991 Exxon and EA met with representatives of the SJPHS, <br /> the Bank of Stockton, and the trustees of the property to <br /> discuss the,location of the building proposed by Lucky <br /> Development. Site layout has not progressed since that <br /> meeting because the developer has not indicated options <br /> for siting the building. <br /> 2 July 1991 An application for an NPDES permit to discharge water <br /> to the storm sewer and a Waste Discharge Permit to <br /> reinject water was submitted to Exxon, who after <br /> signing the application forwarded the application to the <br /> RWQCB. <br /> 31 July 1991 An application for authority to construct was submitted <br /> to the San Joaquin Air Pollution Control District <br /> (SJAPCD); on 9 August the SJAPCD indicated that the <br /> application was complete. <br /> 15 August 1991 A letter from the Central Valley Region of the RWQCB <br /> confirmed that they had received Exxon's application <br /> for NPDES and Waste Discharge permits <br /> - a✓1, m. *S',.vEbtie r x,.,w• i� s. aw ^. ,itt * H'- �+�.h " � {, eyu <br /> •✓ 3� ti �.
