Cotulla of the San Joaquin Public Health <br /> Services (SJPHS) approved the work plan to remediate <br /> soil and groundwater; Exxon was to implement the <br /> work plan and secure appropriate permits. <br /> 30 May 1991 The City of Stockton Department of Municipal Utilities <br /> rejected Exxon's application to discharge treated water <br /> to the sanitary sewer, which had been submitted in <br /> March. <br /> 19 June 1991 A report on the installation of wells MW 11, MW 12, <br /> RW4, Vl-V4, PSVT and PSV2, PI and P2, and IWl <br /> was submitted to SJPHS. <br /> 24 June 1991 Exxon and EA met with representatives of the SJPHS, <br /> the Bank of Stockton, and the trustees of the property to <br /> discuss the,location of the building proposed by Lucky <br /> Development.
