Identify how the sample points were/will be selected. State the justifi- <br /> cation for the analytical parameter suites. BE EXPLICIT. <br /> Part V - REQUEST FOR ANALYSIS (Table required but not necessarily in our format) <br /> The information presented is used to reserve laboratory space on a daily and weekly <br /> basis. All analytical procedures and special instructions for the laboratory must <br /> be included or referefenced in this section. Identify the sampling locations-, <br /> proposed sampling dates, anticipated concentrations, analytical parameters, <br /> sample containers, and methods of preservation on a sample by sample basis. <br /> QA/QC samples must be included. Separate the "Analyses to be Performed" by <br /> matrix and by sampling date.
