Plan Revision The Facility makes needed revisions to the Plan as soon as possible, but no later than six months after the change occurs. The Plan is implemented as soon as possible following any technical amendment, but no later than six months from the date of the amendment. The Facility Management/Coordinator is responsible for initiating and coordinating revisions to this Plan. 2.4.5. Scheduled Plan Reviews In accordance with 40 CFR 112.5, the Facility reviews this Plan at least once every 5 years. Revisions to the Plan, if needed, are made within six months of the five-year review. Scheduled reviews and Plan amendments are recorded in the Plan Review Log (Table 1), even if no amendments are made to the Plan. Last Plan Review: May 2016 Current Plan Review: August 2019 Next Plan Review Scheduled for: August 2024 2.4.6. Record of Plan Reviews Scheduled reviews and Plan amendments are recorded in the Plan Review Log (Table 1). This log is completed even if no amendment is made to the Plan as a result of the review. Unless a technical or administrative change prompts an earlier review of the Plan, the next scheduled review of this Plan will occur by to July 2024. 2.5. FACILITIES, PROCEDURES, METHODS, OR EQUIPMENT NOT YET FULLY OPERATIONAL - 40 CFR 112.7 Bulk storage containers at this Facility have been tested for integrity since installation. Section 4.2.6 of this Plan describes the inspection program to be implemented by the Facility following a regular schedule, including the dates by which each of the bulk storage containers will be tested, as necessary. Appendix F has copies of the testing.
