I believe all of the principal management involved (Transportation Mgr, FMO Mgr,Asst FMO Mgr, and Loss Prevention Manager have been through the San Joaquin SPCC course) and the actual workers are familiar with more of the procedures and inspection requirements. A vendor delivers fuel to Diesel tanks usually accompanied by one of our employees.Train staff to contain and report. Drivers dispense from typical pump islands.
