Multiple Final <br /> Maps are proposed. Public water will be provided by California Water Service, and a public sewer <br /> collection system will be provided by the City of Stockton. Terminal drainage will be provided to meet the <br /> County development requirements. <br /> Public streets are proposed to serve the subdivision with access to 'B' Street to the west and 'D Street <br /> to the east. Gerald Road, which currently ends at 'B' Street, will continue through the subdivisi n and <br /> will be consistent with the adopted Specific Road Plans.for 'B' Street and 'D' Street. <br /> Fire protection will be provided by the Montezuma Fire District. The project site is within the Stockton <br /> Unified School District. <br /> The applicant is requesting a reduction in the minimum lot size and a reduction in lot width requirements <br /> pursuant to the Density Bonus provisions of the Development Title. <br />
