In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-1230.4 of the <br /> Development Title, the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in <br /> Section 9-1230.5. Arrangements for the payment of the fees shall be approved by County <br /> Counsel prior to Final Map recordation. <br /> 7. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC: <br /> a. Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be dedicated along the perimeter of all streets <br /> of the subdivision. <br /> b. Any existing PG&E facilities affected by the project will be relocated or placed <br /> underground at the owner's or developer's expense. <br /> 8. STOCKTON METROPOLITAN AIRPORT: <br /> a. A Deed of Avigation and Hazard Easement (Appendix A, Stockton Metropolitan Airport, <br /> Final Report, FAR Part 150, Airport Noise Compatibility Program) shall be granted to Stan <br /> Joaquin County. <br /> 9. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br />
