AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> GX-92-9 <br /> Spreckels Land Company <br /> On May 1, 1995, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved Revision <br /> of Approved Actions for GX-92-9 subject to the Amended Conditions of Approval listed below <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfille <br /> prior to the establishment of the use. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirement <br /> pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinanc <br /> requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. The average finished grade elevation shall be no lower than 48.3 feet. (Planning Titl <br /> Section 9-2224(b)(4)) <br /> b. All Conditions of Approval shall be complied with and grading shall have commence <br /> within 18 months of the date of approval of GX-92-9. Excavation and final rehabilitatio <br /> of the site shall be completed within 36 months of the start of excavation. <br /> C. All private roads involved in the excavation shall be maintained so as to control th� <br /> creation of dust. (Planning Title Section 9-2224(a)) <br /> d. Provide certification of approval of proposed final grades from the South San Joaquin <br /> Irrigation District prior to authorization being given to commence the grading excavation. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2224(b)(2)) <br /> e. Excavation operations shall not be carried on during the hours from 9:00 p.m. throug <br /> 5:00 a.m., except during periods of declared national, state, or local emerg enc <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2224(d)) <br /> f. All emissions shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the San Joaquin Vally Air <br /> Pollution Control District. (Planning Title Section 9-2224(f)) <br /> g. If noxious weeds are on the site, operations shall be in accordance with instructions from <br /> the Agricultural Commissioner of San Joaquin County. (Planning Title Section 9-2224(h) <br /> h. Any night lighting established on the property shall be arranged and controlled so as n <br /> to illuminate public rights-of-way or adjacent properties. (Planning Title Section 9-2244(e <br /> i. Excavations shall not cause health or sanitary hazards and shall not create condition's <br /> that will cause the breeding or increase of mosquitos, ordents, or other pests. (Planning <br /> Title Section 9-2244(i)) <br /> j. A written notification of work schedules shall be provided to the County by the applicant <br /> prior to any grading or excavation.
