All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County Of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by <br /> the County Of Sar; Joaquin DepLrtI.:ent Of ALL _ _ WorkE prior +.I- <br /> approval of the Final Map. <br /> 2 .
