A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage <br /> for the subdivision. <br /> 6 . Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and <br /> the frontage of "B" Street. <br /> RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS : <br /> 1 . The street which is stubbed for future e.:tension <br /> will require a temporary turnaround . <br /> 2 . A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with the <br /> County Standards for the purpose of determining the R-Value <br /> for the desian of the roads . <br /> S. All utilities shall be underground . Easement for utilities <br /> shall be provided as required by the public utility <br /> companies . <br /> 4 .
