The following are Class II (Repeat): #108, <br /> 122/125, 301, 404, 605/701, 703 <br /> 108. Two 55-gallon drums of dirty water (according to owner) by the steam parts washer, one 5-gallon <br /> bucket of oily liquid at the west end of the building, three 5-gallon buckets of unknown oily substance <br /> behind the garbage bin by the entrance gate require hazardous waste determination, and the content in <br /> the parts washer unit by the north wall in the garage which the owner stated is no longer being used. <br /> Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. <br /> Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, <br /> or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title <br /> 22. If the waste is determined to be a non-hazardous waste, you are required to submit evidence (i.e. <br /> third party laboratory testing results) supporting such a determination to EHD. Submit a statement and <br /> supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by11/10/2012. <br /> 122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for 2011 were not found on site. Hazardous <br /> waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts <br /> used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for <br /> review.
