At the time that drilling was initiated, a PHS/EHD permit had <br /> not been issued. <br /> As you know, a drilling permit is required prior to drilling in San Joaquin County. On a <br /> number of occasions, PHS/EHD staff has informed you of requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Codes. <br /> PHS/EHD did issue a permit for the above referenced site drilling on July 8, 1996, after <br /> notification that the work was in progress. Please consider this notification, that at any <br /> time in the future, if you start drilling in San Joaquin County without a permit, legal <br /> enforcement action may be initiated.
