ENSR re-attached the locking well cap to MW-1 and placed a barricade <br /> e over <br /> 30ta m to convey <br /> l 2. ENSR contacted Gary Hall of GHH on August 26, 2004, approximately <br /> the situation to him. ` <br /> F7: 3. ENSR exchanged the well box lid for MW-1 with the well box lid for MW-3 (located in a <br /> planter) to temporarily limit a trip hazard and possible additional damage to MW-1. <br /> Between August 26, 2004 and September 1, 2004, the RWQCB requested that Stone Bros. <br /> submit a work plan and schedule to assess potential impacts to MW-1 <br /> On August 31; 2004, at the request of the RWQCB, ENSR collected one groundwater grab <br /> sample from MW-1 and submitted the sample to CLS for analysis of TPHg, <br /> total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons as diesel (TPHd) and motor oil by EPA Method 8015 Modified and VOCs b were <br /> EPA <br /> Method 82606. Except for motor oil reported at 2.4 micrograms per liter (pg/L), <br /> Fnot detected at or above laboratoryreporting limits. <br /> I On behalf of Stone Bros., GHH submitted a Workplan To Redevelop and Assess Well MW-9 <br /> dated September 1, 2004 and Addendum to Workpto lan <br /> GHHvWorkplan and Addenelop and Assess ldMm to <br /> < <br /> dated September 10, 2004.
