DISCHARGE CONTROLS [40 CFR§112.7(A)(3)(III)]: <br /> Discharge and drainage controls are discussed is Sections 11 and 12 of this SPCC Plan. <br /> 2.6. DISCHARGE DISCOVERY, RESPONSE AND CLEANUP [40 CFR <br /> §112.7(A)(3)(IV)]: <br /> Oil Spill Response Procedures were developed and will be followed in the event of an oil <br /> discharge at this facility. Proper internal documentation of the release and external notification of <br /> the regulatory agencies, when necessary, is also a part of the procedure. A copy of the <br /> Spill/Release Documentation and Notification procedure along with a Spill/Release <br /> Documentation/Notification form are included in Appendix E. <br /> The facility maintains several strategically placed spill kits where ample supplies of spill response <br /> supplies are kept. In addition to the Federal requirements above, under H&SC Section 25507 <br /> California-specific discharge response actions will be taken. <br /> 2.7.
