DISCHARGE PREVENTION BRIEFINGS [40 CFR§112.7(F)(3)]: <br /> Discharge prevention briefings are scheduled and conducted for all oil-handling personnel <br /> annually to assure adequate understanding of this SPCC Plan. These briefings, at a minimum, <br /> must highlight and describe known discharges or failures, malfunctioning components, and any <br /> recently developed precautionary measures.
