FENCING [40 CFR §112.7(6)(1)]: <br /> The facility's oil stocks are enclosed within the confines of the security fences that enclose the <br /> perimeter of the site. Security gates allow site access, but are locked when the facility is closed. <br /> In addition, signs are posted at various locations indicating no trespassing and identifying areas <br /> for authorized personnel only. <br /> 7.2. MASTER FLOW AND DRAIN VALVES [40 CFR§112.7(G)(2)]: <br /> Not applicable since there are no master flow, drain valves, and other valves at the facility. <br /> 7.3. PUMP STARTER CONTROLS [40 CFR §112.7(G)(3)]: <br /> Starter controls on oil pumps are placed in the "off' position when pumps are in non-operating or <br /> standby status. The fuel and lubricating oil dispensing systems are secured against general <br /> access. <br /> 7.4. LOADING/UNLOADING CONNECTIONS [40 CFR§112.7(G)(4)]: <br /> Loading/unloading connections of oil transfer piping are securely capped or blanked when not in <br /> use or in standby service for an extended time. The oil dispensing system is within the confines <br /> of the building that is generally locked with restricted access except at times of oil delivery to the <br /> facility or the load out of shipments to customers. <br /> 7.5. LIGHTING [40 CFR§112.7(6)(5)]: <br /> The facility is outfitted with dusk-to-dawn security lighting system controlled by a cybernetic <br /> photocell light controller which automatically turns on lights at dusk and off at dawn. <br /> The facility's lighting is adequate with the type and location to assist the facility to assist in the: <br /> • Discovery of a discharge occurring during hours of darkness, both by operating personnel <br /> and by non-operating personnel (i.e., general public, local police, etc.) and <br /> • Prevention of a discharge occurring through acts of vandalism. <br /> 8.0 FACILITY DELIVERY TRUCK LOADING AND UNLOADING RACK <br /> [40 CFR §112.7(H)]: <br /> 8.1. CONTAINMENT [40 CFR§112.7(H)(1)]: <br /> Bulk oil deliveries occur on an as-needed basis. Oil is shipped in a compartmentalized tanker <br /> truck. The tanker truck parks adjacent to the respective during oil transfer. <br /> Used oil pickups are completed by a contractor on an as-needed basis. Oil is removed in a <br /> compartmentalized tanker truck. The tanker truck parks adjacent to the used oil tank when <br /> draining the tank. <br />
