FENCING [40 CFR §112.7(6)(1)]: The facility's oil stocks are enclosed within the confines of the security fences that enclose the perimeter of the site. Security gates allow site access, but are locked when the facility is closed. In addition, signs are posted at various locations indicating no trespassing and identifying areas for authorized personnel only. 7.2. MASTER FLOW AND DRAIN VALVES [40 CFR§112.7(G)(2)]: Not applicable since there are no master flow, drain valves, and other valves at the facility. 7.3. PUMP STARTER CONTROLS [40 CFR §112.7(G)(3)]: Starter controls on oil pumps are placed in the "off' position when pumps are in non-operating or standby status. The fuel and lubricating oil dispensing systems are secured against general access. 7.4. LOADING/UNLOADING CONNECTIONS [40 CFR§112.7(G)(4)]: Loading/unloading connections of oil transfer piping are securely capped or blanked when not in use or in standby service for an extended time. The oil dispensing system is within the confines of the building that is generally locked with restricted access except at times of oil delivery to the facility or the load out of shipments to customers. 7.5. LIGHTING [40 CFR§112.7(6)(5)]: The facility is outfitted with dusk-to-dawn security lighting system controlled by a cybernetic photocell light controller which automatically turns on lights at dusk and off at dawn. The facility's lighting is adequate with the type and location to assist the facility to assist in the: • Discovery of a discharge occurring during hours of darkness, both by operating personnel and by non-operating personnel (i.e., general public, local police, etc.) and • Prevention of a discharge occurring through acts of vandalism. 8.0 FACILITY DELIVERY TRUCK LOADING AND UNLOADING RACK [40 CFR §112.7(H)]: 8.1. CONTAINMENT [40 CFR§112.7(H)(1)]: Bulk oil deliveries occur on an as-needed basis. Oil is shipped in a compartmentalized tanker truck. The tanker truck parks adjacent to the respective during oil transfer. Used oil pickups are completed by a contractor on an as-needed basis. Oil is removed in a compartmentalized tanker truck. The tanker truck parks adjacent to the used oil tank when draining the tank.
