Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan
Food Express, Inc.
1250 Madruga Road
FOOD EXPRESS, INC. Lathrop, California 95330
dWA du May 2020
Page 17
Only above ground containers 55 gallons or greater with contents classified as 'oil" as previously
defined are listed in the tables since the SPCC regulations only require containers of that capacity
to be addressed. No facility owned oil-filled operational equipment or oil-filled electrical
transformers were observed at the facility. If oil-filled electrical transformers are present, the local
electrical power purveyor owns and is responsible these units. However, if present, these
transformers will be inspected monthly as part of implementing this plan. If a release is observed,
the local electrical power purveyor will be immediately notified and the local electrical power
purveyor would be responsible for the cleanup.
In addition, the SPCC PLAN MANAGEMENT APPROVAL statement in the beginning of this plan
commits the necessary manpower, equipment, and materials required to expeditiously control
and remove any quantity of oil discharged that may be harmful.
=AkTc Page 17
