TRAINING [40 CFR §112.7(F)]: <br /> The SPCC regulations require training for the facilities oil handlers as part of implementing this <br /> plan. Training requirements can be found in Section 6 of this Plan and forms for recording training <br /> are included in Appendix F. <br /> 16.7. OTHER APPLICABLE REGULATIONS [40 CFR §112.7(1)]: <br /> The SPCC regulations require conformance with other applicable regulations as part of <br /> implementing this plan. Discussion of other applicable regulations can be found in Section 10 of <br /> this Plan and the applicable regulations are included in Regulation References 2 and 3. <br /> 16.8. DRAINAGE RECORDS [40 CFR §112.8(0)(3)]: <br /> One of the objectives of the regulation is to ensure oil is not released with accumulated <br /> precipitation in containment systems that are exposed to stormwater. The current bulk storage <br /> containers at the facility have been engineered to prevent exposure to and collection of storm <br /> water. Consequently, the drainage of collected storm water is not necessary. <br /> 16.9. CERTIFIED INSPECTION &TESTING OF ASTS [40 CFR <br /> §112.8(0)(6)]: <br /> The SPCC regulations require containers with a capacity of 5,001 to 30,000 be subjected to <br /> Formal Certified Inspections (FCls) by STI Certified Inspectors as part of implementing this plan. <br /> See Section 13.6 of this Plan for more details. <br /> FCI and other integrity records are to be kept in Appendix J. <br /> 16.10. MISCELLANEOUS DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING REGULATORY <br /> INSPECTIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE <br /> Appendix K is reserved as a placeholder for miscellaneous documentation including <br /> documentation regulatory inspections and regulatory correspondence. <br /> A Page 28 <br />
