SPCC WEEKLY VISUAL INSPECTION CHECKLIST* Page 1 of 1 Inspection Date: <br /> The items below should be inspected weekly as part of routine facility operations. Items where the answer to the question is"No" require <br /> attention. These items should be noted in the "Notes" section at the end of this checklist and reported to the SPCC Coordinator for <br /> appropriate follow up actions. This inspection sheet shall be maintained under usual business record keeping practices within the <br /> designated SPCC Appendix for a time period of no less than three years. Are the bollards or other container protection free of damage? <br /> 2. Is the container free of any obvious signs of settling? <br /> 3. Is the tank locked or otherwise secure? <br /> Leaks-Container Exterior <br /> 4. Is the container free of any visible drip marks or discoloration? <br /> 5. Is the area immediately adjacent to the containers free of puddles or discoloration? <br /> 6. Is the area around the container free of localized stressed or dead vegetation? <br /> Leaks- Piping <br /> ❑ ❑ 1-1 7. Are the exterior of pipes/hoses free of leaks, drips, or other evidence of leaks? <br /> Electronic Monitoring&Alarms <br /> ❑ ❑ 1-1 g. If so equipped, perform a test of the electronic monitoring leak detection system. <br /> Is it working? <br /> ❑ ❑ ❑ 9. If so equipped, perform a test on the alarm.
