This inspection sheet shall be maintained under usual business record keeping practices within the <br /> designated SPCC Appendix for a time period of no less than three years. Are the supports free from any corrosion and/or paint failures? <br /> 15. Are tank supports in satisfactory condition? <br /> 16. Are containment egress pathways clear and any gates/doors operable? <br /> Outside Tank-General Tank Condition <br /> 17. On the outside of the tank(s), is it free from visible signs of coating failure? <br /> 18. Is tank coating in good condition? <br /> 19. Is the tank top/roof free of standing water? <br /> 20. Are all labels and tags intact, legible, and haven't been painted over? <br /> 21. Are tank vents moving freely and not obstructed? <br /> 22. Is tank grounding secure and in good condition? <br /> 23. Is cathodic protection system working adequately? <br /> Interstitial Space or Interstice <br /> 24. For double-wall or double bottom tanks or CE-ASTs, if so equipped, is interstitial space or interstice <br /> free of product and/or water? <br /> Vents <br /> 25. Are the container's primary vents moving freely and not obstructed? <br /> 26.
