Recommended conditions <br /> 1 . The water well must be installed under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division . <br /> 2 . The septic system is to be designed and sized by a <br /> a <br /> Registered Engineer, The septic system ThUst be <br /> i installed under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division . <br /> 3 . Any drainage from surface areas that may be Potentially <br /> contaminated with hazardous substance are to be drained <br /> to a separate lined pond with waste discharge <br /> requirements approved by the Central Mley Reg'iolrlal <br /> Water Quality Control Board. <br /> B. Local Assessment Committee (LAC) conditions <br /> 1 . The conditions should be adopted in general ; however <br /> the following exceptions or explanations should be- <br /> noted . <br /> a. Condition 5 should indicate that the analysis <br /> should be forwarded to the California State <br /> Department of Health Services . <br /> b. Condition 6 should be a Public Works Department <br /> responsibility. <br /> c . The California Department of Health Service;_ is <br /> the lead agency regarding permitting of this <br /> facility .
