This project is a Specified <br /> Hazardous Waste Facility under the Tanner Bill <br /> (AB 2948 ) . The project site is located on the east <br /> side of Austin Road, south of Mariposa Road and the <br /> Atchison , Topeka , and Santa Fe Railway, southeast of <br /> Stockton .
