LAC Proposed Conditions of Approval <br /> Page 5 <br /> 47 . An audible warning system shall be installed on-site to alert <br /> neighboring residents and farming personnel in the event of <br /> an oil fire. (Collegeville Fire District ) <br /> 46 . Used oil collection shall be limited to used oil resulting <br /> from agricultural operations generated within San Joaquin <br /> County or other counties with which San Joaquin County has <br /> developed intercounty agreements to accept used oil in <br /> accordance with the County Hazardous Waste Management Plan. <br /> (Planning Division ) <br /> 47 . Used oil delivery vehicles shall be limited to the <br /> applicant ' s vehicles . (Planning Division) <br /> 48 . The used oil recovery area shall be constructed of concrete <br /> with a concrete sealer applied. This area shall be <br /> surrounded by a concrete berm of sufficient height to provid <br /> secondary containment for a volume of liquid 150 percent of <br /> the capacity of the largest storage tank plus the 24-hour <br /> storm water of a 100-year storm. (Building Inspection) <br /> 49 . A landscaping and irrigation plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Director for approval . As an alternative, land- <br /> scaping and irrigation details shall be shown as part of the <br /> improvement plans . At a minimum, the plan shall demonstrate <br /> visual screening of the facility from adjacent roads and <br /> properties . (Planning Division) <br /> 50 . Separate facilities shall be constructed and maintained by <br /> the applicant for run-off water and contaminated water. <br /> (Public Works Department ) <br /> In addition to these proposed conditions of approval which <br /> have been negotiated and agreed to by the applicant , the LAC <br /> recommends that the Planning Commission consider the following <br /> conditions which have not been agreed to by the applicant : <br /> A. Applicant shall provide funding to appropriate agencies to <br /> upgrade existing roadway intersections of Austin and <br /> Mariposa Roads ; including but not limited to , widening <br /> Mariposa Road to provide adequate and safe turn lanes , <br /> caution signals and improved shoulders . <br /> B . Applicant shall maintain the Weber Slough channel through <br /> the property to insure proper flow capacities . <br /> BCB:bc <br />
