All structures and equipment are centrally located on the site. The <br /> general arrangement of these facilities are summarized as follows: <br /> o Truck and auto access to the site will be from Austin Road, approximately <br /> 1500 feet south of the intersection of Austin and Mariposa Roads. A weigh <br /> station is located about 200 feet inside of the main gate. <br /> o The biomass piles will be located on the north-central portion of <br /> the site. <br /> o The processing equipment is centrally located on the site, just to the <br /> south of the biomass pile area. <br /> o Most equipment, structures and biomass pile areas are encircled by the <br /> plant access road, which connects with the entrance on its southern loop. <br /> An emergency road connects the northern loop of the plant access road with <br /> Austin Road. The emergency gate is about 760 feet south of Mariposa. <br /> 3 <br />
