2.1.8 Hazardous Areas <br /> The city of Stockton and Forward, Inc. landfills are located <br /> two miles south of the site on Austin Road. The Stockton <br /> Metropolitan Airport is located three miles to the west of <br /> the site. <br /> 2.1.9 Meteorology <br /> Prevailing winds at the site are from west-northwest to <br /> east-southeast, at an average annual velocity of 7.4 mph. <br /> Average annual rainfall is 14 inches. <br /> 2.2 Project Characteristics <br /> 2.2.1 Services <br /> Water Supply: Onsite Well <br /> Sewage Disposal : Septic Tank <br /> Storm Drainage: See Figure 1.
