c. The owner or operator shall retain the following <br /> records at the facility for at least three years: <br /> (1) Inspection record. <br /> (2) Training records for former employees. <br /> (3) Copies of each manifest received. <br /> d. The retention period for all records required in this <br /> permit is extended automatically during the course ofd <br /> any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br /> facility or as requested by the Department. <br /> 2. Operating Records <br /> a. The owner or operator shall keep a written operating <br /> record at the facility. <br /> The following information shall be recorded, as it <br /> becomes available, and maintained in the operating <br /> record until the closure of the facility: <br /> (1) The description and the quantity of each <br /> hazardous waste received, and the method(s) and <br /> date(s) of its recycling process at the facility; <br /> (2) The location of each hazardous waste within the <br /> facility and the quantity at each location. This <br /> information shall include cross-references to <br /> specific manifest document numbers, if the waste <br /> was accompanied by a manifest; <br /> (3) Records and results of waste analyses and trial <br /> tests performed; <br /> (4) Summary reports and details of all incidents that <br /> require implementing the contingency plan; <br /> (5) Records and results cf..;inspections (except these <br /> data need be kept only- three.:y-ears) <br /> _ ,•: •;� � ���� --ate' <br /> (6) Monitoring, testing, cr ana15 fi'al, ata; ' <br /> (7) All closure cost estimates;,.sande , <br /> (8) All waste minimization certifications. <br /> b. When the owner or operator receives hazardous waste <br /> from an off-site source, he must inform the generator <br /> in writing that he has the appropriate permit(s) for, <br /> and will accept, the waste the generator is shipping. <br /> The owner or operator shall keep a copy of this <br /> written notice as part of the operating record. <br /> -23- <br />
