According to the Natural Diversity Data Base, there are <br /> no threatened or endangered species of plants or animals <br /> on this site, nor is the site known to contain habitat <br /> that will support such species. <br /> 13 .a. While adjacent properties may request inclusion in this <br /> General Plan Amendment/Rezoning, there are policies in <br /> the General Plan 2010 which preclude significant <br /> subdividing of existing large parcels. Specifically, the <br /> Plan states that the Limited Agriculture land use <br /> designation is appropriate "in areas of small scale <br /> agricultural operations where the parcels are generally <br /> between five (5) and ten (10) acres in size.
