Indicate what facts In the case <br /> of this application support each of the findings. <br /> 1. Because of the special circumstances applicable to the property, including size, shape,topography, location or <br /> surroundings,the strict application of the zoning regulations deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by other properties <br /> In the vicinity and under identical zoning cl assili cation. <br /> By treating these two (2) parcels as two separate parcels, the County will <br /> not be creating a use that is inconsistent with or different than the use <br /> of the surrounding land. The land immediately across the street is divided <br /> into ten (10) acre parcels. The granting of the Variance will not constitute a grant of special privileges inconsistent with the limitations upon other <br /> properties in the vicinity and zone in which the property is situated. <br /> When the buyers of this property initially purchased said property, the <br /> purchased it with the understanding that there were, in fact two (2) legal <br /> separate parcels. The legal description provided to them on their title <br /> report as well as the tax bills were not inconsistent with their belief that <br /> there were two (2) separate parcels. As a result thereof, the buyers ofllthe <br /> property detrimentally relied upon the chain of title accepted by the Sal <br /> 3.
