Liquid was observed in the secondary containment of the waste oil tank and the waste coolant <br /> drum. Secondary contain ent is spill control which must be kept clean and dry. When spills occur into <br /> the secondary containment immediately clean out the secondary containment and handle the waste as <br /> specified in Title 22 Califor is Code of Regulations (CCR). Immediately clean out the secondary <br /> containment of the waste of tank and the waste coolant drum. <br /> Notice of Violation - Class <br /> 20. One 55 gallon drum, ne r the waste oil tank, labeled "waste oil" and "empty" contained waste oil. All <br /> hazardous waste container shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous W ste" <br /> 2. name and address of ge erator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> The operator applied a com Dlete hazardous waste label to the drum during the inspection. <br /> 35. The last documented in pection of the waste oil tank was done by a Brannon employee on 1-5-11. <br /> Daily documented inspectio s are required for large quantity hazardous waste generators. Include all <br /> requirements specified in Ti le 22 CCR section 66265.195(a). A form was provided by the inspector <br /> which can be used for this i spection. <br /> 49. The facility was unable o provide personnel training records for the current year. Facility personnel <br /> shall be trained in hazardou waste management procedures within six months of assuming their <br /> position and they shall take art in annual refresher training. <br /> The facility operator shall m intain training documents and training records for all employees handling <br /> hazardous waste. Records ust include the personnel names, job title, job description, and a <br /> description of the training to ics. <br /> Immediately provide training's to employees.
