Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #13 Food Contamination and Adulteration <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed knives and cutting boards outside of the trailer. Owner states she cuts the fruit on the taco <br /> truck. <br /> Remove all cutting and food prep equipment. Provide a prep sink inside the bar(Lupita, 1800 W. Charter Way) or do all the <br /> food prep at the commissary. <br /> Facility is selling snow cones and cut corn.
