Product oil was allowed to drain into a 5 gallon bucket that had holes in the <br /> sides. All hazardous waste must be stored in containers which are structurally sound so that leaks <br /> are prevented. Begin this practice immediately. <br /> 88. 66265.174 (CCR) The owner or operator shall inspect areas used for container storage or <br /> transfer at least weekly, looking for leaking containers and for deterioration of containers and the <br /> containment system caused by corrosion or other factors. If a leak or structural weakening is found <br /> you must repackage the hazardous waste so that environmental impact does not occur. Begin this <br /> practice immediately. <br /> 88. 25298(a)(HSC) No person shall abandon an underground storage tank system. Two pipes where <br /> found protruding from the ground on the East side of the property. It appears that an underground <br /> storage tank may be located there.
