The following are Class II (Repeat) violations: #122, 125, <br /> 127,128, 610, 812, and this is a Minor - Notice to Comply violation: #305 f 36 <br /> 122 & 125 (Repeat). Copies of last three years of hazardous waste disposal records for hazardous waste <br /> were not all found on site nor at the main office at Port of Stockton. Hazardous waste generators shall <br /> retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated <br /> manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site (not just at the <br /> Port of Stockton office), and submit copies to the EHD by July 12, 2012. Please include a copy of the <br /> disposal records of the hazardous wastes identified in the hazardous waste Official Inspection Report <br /> dated December 8, 2009: 5-gallon bucket of used oil and grease (Item #20 on the 2009 report), and 8 <br /> one-gallon buckets of waste paint (Item #10). Dave stated these wastes had already been disposed <br /> during an interview today. <br /> 127 (Repeat). Bills of lading for the spent lead acid batteries for the last three years were not found on <br /> site. A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years.
