We <br /> are reviewing documents which concern this release and we <br /> are gathering other information as well . We are also in <br /> the process of notifying Shell Oil Company of its <br /> responsibility for the soil and groundwater conditions at <br /> this site. <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Porter Cologne <br /> Water Quality Control Act (Water Code Section 13000 et <br /> seq. ) and the Underground Storage of Hazardous Substances <br /> Act (Chapter 6 . 7 Health and Safety Code Sections 25280- <br /> 25299 . 7) We request the County to name Shell Oil Company <br /> as a responsible party in any future correspondence <br /> concerning this site.
