State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) needs to development <br /> reliable technology to broaden the understanding of the site hydrogeology of <br /> site attenuation process. <br /> 6 Development of a California Tank Owner's Commission that will provide us a <br /> seat at the table" during State regulatory negotiations involving our industry. <br /> To date, the fact remains "we are regulated and forced" into a situation that is flawed <br /> and simply not working.
