The EHD has <br /> met with the responsible party many times to discuss the site investigation and remedial action <br /> required for the above subject site. The responsible party does not agree with the EHD <br /> requirements for the site and continues to not comply with our directives. The current directive <br /> was to continue operation of the ground water extraction system at the site, which is still not <br /> being operated. Therefore, the EHD is transferring regulatory oversight of the case to your <br /> agency.
