The designation of the wells is <br /> incorrect because IAS7 was installed on 4/19/97. The map in the report shows <br /> two wells designated as IAS7 and an IAS8. <br /> 05/24-25/99 Five soil probes CB1 through CB5 and hydro punch borings CHP1 through CHP7 <br /> were performed on these dates. <br /> 07/20/99 Hydro punch borings CHP8, CHP9 and CMPSC were performed this date. <br /> 09/08/99 The date of the quarterly report that discusses the May and June 1999 work and <br /> states the vapor extraction and air sparge systems are no longer in operation. <br /> 04/05/00 A meeting was held at the EHD office with Russell Chapin and his consultant on <br /> this date and it was agreed that ground water extraction should be conducted <br /> since vapor extraction and air sparging were no longer effective. <br /> 03/07/01 An aquifer pump test was performed and temporary wells T1 through T3 were <br /> installed on this date. <br /> 06/07/01 The date of Ground Water Aquifer Pumping Test Report— First Quarter 2001 that <br /> discusses the March 2001 work. <br /> 06/15/01 The date of the EHD letter of approval of the Remedial Action Work Plan <br /> Revision dated 6/28/01 in which it states the groundwater pump and treat <br /> remediation will be conducted to reduce contaminants to remedial goals of <br /> maximum contaminant levels. <br /> 08/10/01 The date of Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc. (consultant for Chapin Brothers) <br /> letter stating that removal of 80% of mass should be the cleanup goal which was <br /> never approved by the EHD. <br /> 12/21/01 Three ground water extraction wells EW1 through EW3 were installed this date. <br /> 04/02/02 The groundwater extraction system operation began on this date. <br /> 08/12/02 The date of Quarterly Report — Second Quarter 2002 that discusses installation <br /> of the wells in December 2001 and installation and start up of the ground water <br /> extraction system in January through April 2002. <br />
