We also had MINOR-Notice to comply, in this inspection. Violation 202, regarding <br /> ineligible was stream being offered to be transported under the consolidated manifest program. <br /> We will stop this practice, and we will dispose of all waste under the appropriate hazardous <br /> waste manifesting procedure and regulations. Violations 122 and 128, which are regarding <br /> having copies of disposals and manifests for years 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 on file, was not <br /> met on the time of inspection, and we were asked to find the copies and show them as proof. <br /> Throughout this time we have looked everywhere and have not been able to find the copies that <br /> are being requested.
