Schedule monitoring of the existing two monitoring <br /> wells on site to evaluate their use by June 17, 1992. <br /> Please be informed that site inspections are an <br /> important aspect of local regulatory oversight. <br /> PHS/EHD requires 48 hours notice prior to any site <br /> activity including sampling. 1 <br /> 3 . Prepare a work plan which will describe field <br /> activities necessary to define the volume of residual <br /> contamination and will include the installation of an <br /> additional monitoring well within 10 feet of the former <br /> tank pit in a downgradient direction.
